I have order 2 set of 5hp solar panel along with submersible pump for Govt. Project installed in Nagaon Assam but once they fitting & installed after the problems may occur they cannot give service neither response. Now its our duty to give them each and every day for reminders of complain till resolved but unfortunately in my case still not yet resolved. And though the 3rd party given by the company employee of guwahati for installation that's was the worst person ever i met in my whole career I.e; his named is "ajay" the so called worker who is totally a irresponsible person likely to give me Worst service and harassment and after I have given to many times complain against him to the company employee of guwahati, nothing happen vice versa even company are likely to assign more project to him, what's the make sense I can't understand after knowing everything I m totally disappointed by the company. Overall what i understand in this case, they are likely give more priority to the 3rd party worker i.e; like ajay rather than giving to the customers. And lastly from my point of view it's my biggest mistake that I have ordered and assign my project to this company.
